These Terms of Service apply when you visit vlogara.com or purchase a product directly from VLOGARA through this website. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store and eligibility
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction.

Products and information
We try to present product descriptions, compatibility information, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen colors and product packaging may vary. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an order when information is materially incorrect or inventory is unavailable.

Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when VLOGARA confirms it and payment is successfully authorized. We may cancel or limit an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory problems, or legal and operational reasons. Taxes, shipping charges, and the final total are shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates. VLOGARA may use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment or another fulfillment partner for vlogara.com orders, but the purchase remains a VLOGARA transaction.

Amazon.com purchases
A purchase completed on Amazon.com is a separate transaction between the customer and the applicable Amazon seller or marketplace service. Amazon's checkout, payment, shipping, return, and refund terms apply to that order. VLOGARA can still assist with product setup and warranty questions.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use the site or its content for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property
The VLOGARA name, logos, product content, photographs, videos, written materials, and site design are owned by or licensed to VLOGARA and may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, PayPal, Amazon, Google, and shipping providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. VLOGARA is not responsible for a third-party site or service outside our control.

Warranty disclaimer
Except for any written product warranty and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the site and its content are provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VLOGARA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use. We may suspend access to the site for misuse or security reasons.

Severability
If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
