18-month warranty

VLOGARA provides an 18-month warranty for eligible product issues on the VLOGARA 71-inch cell phone tripod.

What is covered

• Eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
• Product setup issues related to the tripod, phone holder, Bluetooth remote, or included accessories.
• Warranty help for purchases made through authorized channels, including Amazon.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, loss, or use outside the product instructions.
• Returns, refunds, and shipping claims for Amazon orders, which are handled by Amazon.
