VLOGARA provides an 18-month warranty for eligible product issues on the VLOGARA 71-inch cell phone tripod.

What is covered

• Eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
• Support for tripod setup, phone holder fit, Bluetooth remote pairing, and missing included parts.
• Warranty help for purchases made through authorized channels, including Amazon.

What is not covered

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
• Lost accessories after delivery unless the original package arrived incomplete.
• Returns, refunds, and shipping claims for Amazon orders, which are handled by Amazon.
