18-month warranty

VLOGARA provides an 18-month warranty for eligible product issues on products purchased through authorized sales channels, including vlogara.com and Amazon.

What is covered

• Eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
• Product setup issues involving the tripod, phone holder, Bluetooth remote, or included accessories.

What is not covered

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, loss, or use outside the product instructions. Returns, refunds, and shipping claims are handled separately from warranty support.

How to request support

Use the Contact form. Include the sales channel, order number, a short description of the issue, and photos or video when they help explain the problem.
