Order processing
Orders placed on vlogara.com are generally prepared for fulfillment within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day.

U.S. shipping options
U.S. standard shipping is currently free for orders placed on vlogara.com, with no minimum order amount. The shipping method, estimated delivery date, taxes, and final total shown at checkout apply to your order.

Delivery estimates
Standard delivery is generally 3–5 business days after fulfillment begins. Express delivery timing is shown at checkout when available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by address issues, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Fulfillment and tracking
VLOGARA may use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment or another carrier or fulfillment partner to ship vlogara.com orders. Your purchase remains a VLOGARA order. Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available.

Address changes and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact support@vlogara.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins. If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner.

International destinations
If checkout accepts your destination, the available shipping method and charge will be displayed before payment. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Amazon.com orders
Shipping, delivery, return, and refund questions for an order placed on Amazon.com should begin from that Amazon order page. VLOGARA remains available for product setup and warranty support at support@vlogara.com.
