30-Day Return Policy

For purchases placed directly on vlogara.com, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility
The product must be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

How to request a return
Email vlogara.studio@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and reason for the return. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos or video when possible. We review each request individually and will confirm the appropriate resolution and any return instructions in writing. Please wait for our written instructions before sending anything. For returns processed through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, use only the return address and return authorization we provide for your specific order. Do not send a return to an Amazon fulfillment center or to the address printed on the parcel unless VLOGARA specifically instructs you to do so. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping
For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, VLOGARA will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return-shipping solution. For returns for another reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Approved returns in unused and complete condition are not subject to a restocking fee.

Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will try to help, but an order cannot be canceled after it has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Refunds
Unless we confirm an alternative resolution in writing, approved returns must be received and inspected before a refund is issued. We will notify you of our refund decision in writing. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Amazon.com orders
For an order placed on Amazon.com, start the return or refund request from that Amazon order page. Amazon's applicable order and return policies govern those transactions. VLOGARA remains available at vlogara.studio@gmail.com for product setup and warranty questions.
